CARE-Q Members

Review Team Member Participation

CARE-Q Members will also be expected to participate in the process of reviewing other sites. Each Member Institution will need to identify an individual who is familiar with the OHRP and FDA regulations and can participate in at least one site visit per year as a CARE-Q Review Team Member.

The local CARE-Q Review Team Member should be a highly experienced staff member, or a Manager/Director. Ideally, they should have a CIP.

Once CARE-Q Certification has been obtained, the Institution is a Member of the CARE-Q Consortium.
